The vision
We turn tired commercial spaces into places people want to work.
Long oak tables and brass lamps inspired by Oxford's reading rooms. Library walls and natural light. Private offices for the days you need quiet. A content studio for the days you need to create. And an independent coffee shop at the heart of it all, open to the whole community.

The Writing Room
Collegiate long tables, brass lamps, library walls
Inspired by the reading rooms of Oxford. A shared workspace with presence and warmth, where you work alongside others without pretending you are in a call centre. Natural light, proper desks, and the quiet hum of people getting things done.
The Coffee Shop
An independent cafe, open to the whole community
Not a corporate canteen. A proper cafe that anchors the building and gives the space its rhythm. Somewhere members grab their morning coffee and locals pop in for lunch. The social glue that makes a workspace feel alive.

Each Build and Belong space will be anchored by a complementary amenity that brings people through the door every day. Depending on the venue, this could include any of the following.
